We moved to a new house and took Xfinity with us. We added a camera and a few more window / door sensors and everything works fantastic! Should have added a camera long ago. The install person was AWESOME!! couldn’t have asked for better!!

Like others, I was having serious issues with the app always requiring me to login every time I launched it. Recently, it would ask me to login, but the Comcast login site would never load. I had to reset my modem/router and it fixed the issue. Edit: My login issues seem to be gone :). Something I would like to see is my email alerts be able to distinguish between my code and a code I give a neighbor. For example, now it tells me the house was disarmed. It would be nice if the alert said it was disarmed by “neighbor” since that is what I named the code for them.

I have some connection issues on my iPhone. Otherwise I’m satisfied with this app.

The first time we went with Comcast we switched back within a month, this time is totally different. This time the service is great and we haven’t had a lot of problems with our service. The new and improved service is great. Love you Comcast. Keep up the good work ?

really happy with XFINITY Home only wish our existing Nest Cameras would work with the system - have $1000 plus in Nest Cameras all over the property installed long before getting XFINITY home perhaps someday system will allow me & other users to connect Nest cams to our account

I just need; Stay, Away, Night, and Disarmed (like Arlo does) for immediate Arm/Disarm conveniences from 3D Touch. And THEN maybe View Activities. If I need to “Chat” or view Automation, I’ll just go into app. I’ve chatted 0x and automated maybe 3x in the year that I’ve had this app. So, it’s a good step, just needs useful, quick activities.

I have been using Xfinity Home for the last 2 years and have loved how easy it is to use the svc through the app. The app is easy to navigate and is super user friendly! Way to go Comcast!!
