Horrible application

all dissasisfied names taken

The app works if it feels like it. Every other day it will disconnect from the phone & while you enter the correct information it still does not accept it. If you turn the alarm on or off it really didn’t. For a company claiming to be on top of technology it’s actually it’s on top of annoying. I really dislike it.

Very cool,I drive an 18 wheeler for a living and every now and then I check and make sure the alarm is set because my wife is home alone,this is so cool I can check it and or set it from a different state

Camera connection is never guaranteed. Updated the app & now I cannot arm & disarm from my phone.

Solid app that keeps improving

The app does the basics well and i really like the fact that they integrated Face ID with iPhone X. Could really use HomeKit integration instead of trying to be a hub by itself.

The system was installed yesterday after an attempted break-in. I felt so much better last night and today knowing that there was an eye out for potential criminals.

My kitten had triggered my motion detector three (3) times causing the central office to contact me while I was driving. This app showed me the cause (cat) jumping down from the fireplace mantel and we canceled the police dispach.

Having this system in our home ? while my husband works over nights has given me a huge sense of relief. And that’s “OOF-DA”!! PS: we had a huge tech problem today and called in to xfinity, they were great ?? our problem was completed and if one person was stumped ? they would find a new person with more experience. I was pleased ?!!???????
