New version buggy!

Several improvements have been made, but one thing makes it a bit useless. If my alarm is in entry delay mode, the app will not allow me to disarm it. I’ve contacted support, and the only answer was to remove and reinstall the app, which I have done. Please fix this ASAP. I’ve nearly set the alarm off several times because of this already.

Love this

App is super convenient especially for someone like me who tends to forget to set the alarm at night or before I leave to work. Gives me piece of mind knowing my kids are safe.

Improved tremendously !

Moved here from out of state to Colorado used to have AT&T U-verse and now Xfinity. Xfinity is much better compared to the versatility of what we are able to do. Coupled with the fact that the sales guy as well as the technician who installed security cable and Internet everything is awesome.

5 Stars, My Honest Rating

XFINITY Home Equipment have worked tremendously well since installation over 3 years ago. I had some issues with the thermostat that require a technician to rewire it, but it worked well since. The Xfinity App also works well on my iPhone 5, 6 & 6S. The ONLY issue I have is Resetting the Thermostat between Cool & Heat. The Thermostat does change the settings, but it gives FALSE Errors sometimes that lead me to believe the settings were not changed when in fact it was. Other than that my system works fine. I would grade the Customer Service with 5 STARS. The telephone tech service was always friendly and helpful, and actually resolved my issues either on the phone or facilitated a quick appointment with a field technician. I recommend XFINITY HOME. Before your camera I had ring video door bell and cameras. I am so glad I signed on for home camera security. The camera are 100% the best even when it rains. I had a couple of hiccups but it never interfere with the programming and view. If you are experiencing issues. Check your neighbors make your infinity WiFi signal is yours I would not trade my system for world. Water has never interrupted my camera and two are in open. Make sure there is not other WiFi interference. Xfinity home rocks! I have talk about and the share photos just so others can see. I even call Ring and told them your system started out the best but 21 seconds only benefits the criminal. Thanks Xfinity 5 plus!!!! Xfinity now work on a doorbell please.

Works great, very flexible except for video

System is awesome and I am glad I chose it! It works great from home or away. Simple to get started, but it does not allow interface of cameras I already have. You must buy from Comcast.

Works without any problems

In addition to all the door sensors, there are seven motion sensors and two central smoke detectors. When any battery gets low the system alerts me before any degradation occurs. I also have three interior and four exterior 4k day/night video cameras that record 24/7. This system gives me peace of mind at all times. There is a 60 sec auto record when and camera senses motion. No one enters my property without me being aware within seconds via my iphone and ipad. I know there are cheaper systems available but i strongly believe that you get what you pay for. I have xfinity quad play which provides a little economic benefit due to the bundled services. If you want full protection 24/7 then consider xfinity home with cameras and sleep well at night. Can also be used if you have pets running around as long as they don't weigh more than 60 lbs. so God help the criminal that breaks in. If the police don't get um the dogs will. The outside cameras were a little finicky at first but the techcxiams got them working without any additional problems. Highly recommend
