It won't even let me login due to UI glitches. Apparently the developers never thought to try creating an account on a IPhoneSE screen. The confirm password screen won't let me click the Next button. Update. You don't need me to help you diagnose anything. Just try to install a new camera using an iPhone 5/5S/SE and good luck reading the QR code that is chopped off.

Frame freeze

Camera frames freeze and do not update with camera movements. You have to force a shutdown of the app to get a camera unfreeze. Also, pan cam does not update the frames

I'm a fan of this cam as I use it to just make sure no one enters my apartment without my permission. I upgraded to get the person detection. Today I've received two false notifications of people being detected-- very disappointed with the "boy who cried wolf" behavior. Otherwise it's a great system to just make me feel better about my safety when I'm not home. It's not perfect, but I like it.

Always Force Closes

This app is constantly force closing making it all but impossible to use the playback feature or stream live! Great concept, just not even close to dependable!

Can't change email- seriously?

First off I love Wyze and all their products. You don't get better for the price they charge. That aside. It's ridiculous that with all the technology they develop that they can't find a way for a customer to be able to change their email address with setting everything up from scratch again- I mean cmon Wyze u got smart people working there. You had a security breach and I've had my email compromised recently and to have to go in set up a new account and re-add everything is so ancient and just ridiculous. Out of all my sites I've ever logged into this is the only one that doesn't allow u to update your email address and is frankly embarrassing for you guys.

I’ve been receiving emails from Wyze that were intended for other people. The cameras work great but their corporate people are not very good at managing the company.

If you want a camera that never stays connected to your wifi, this is the camera for you. Terrible connection and constantly requires a reboot (when no other devices connected to same WiFi have any problem).

Mediocre at best

Bought two Wyze cams, set them up inside to cover front and back yards. Double pane windows make lens flare in glass when infrared illumination is activated for night time infrared lighting. In learning the app, deleting extraneous images from the SIM card or cloud, my iPad Pro crashed three times. Four second recordings fail to delete. In night mode, headlights display as massive light flare in the Wyze cam lens. The image quality is mediocre in either standard or high definition.
