Poor support

I was very excited by the Wyze product. I started with the simple camera, then the panning camera, lights and sensors. I was very satisfied till half of the sensor for something opening fell off on too devices and since it is small I don’t know where they went. I sent a support request and. Was asked for 8 pieces of information they already had since I bought them all online. Maybe I should be happy to look that up but I consider it a transfer of responsibility back on me when it’s not my fault they came off.
Sound not working iPhone XS Max

I am not getting audio to my phone. Listening through Bluetooth headphones. Seems to be an app issue, as o am able to get sound from other cameras from other company also streaming from same network to my phone. I’m on WiFi, so it’s not a bandwidth issue. Video comes through okay. Audio sometime comes through choppy for 1 second then dies. Please fix.
Holy battery drain

Killed 20% of my battery in 2 minutes. Camera takes forever to connect, often has to retry 3+ times or just doesn't connect at all. Wifi is strong so not sure what the deal is.
You need better programmers

Latest version supposedly adds schedules which was/is missing from the app. Except the fact that the programmers who designed it are a sleep st the wheel. The app will only allow you create a schedule if you do it from AM to PM. Meaning your start time must be in the morning and End time just be in the evening. I guess whoever the programmer is must be living in arctic or Antarctica as days and nights are flipped for them For the rest of us humans, we need the lights to turn on in the evening, say 7pm and then turn off at 7am. Please change the app to fix this bug so people can use the scheduling function.
Nice camera sucky app

The camera, when you can get the app to work, has nice video and clear pictures. The problem is with the app. To it tells me there is no Internet when I get online from every other app on my phone. And my wifi at home is working. It's always having problems using the HD or SD and I have to go with 370pwhich is blurry. Get you tech together.
Can’t sing in

Can’t sign into app is says no internet connection when i clearly do. My cameras are connected and I’m getting notifications but can’t sign in.
Can’t turn off notifications

This latest version updated last night is not letting you turn off notifications and the rules I created before are gone. No new rules can be created. False alerts are driving me nuts. I hope this is fixed soon and I update this review
The latest version took out my clusters

I’m a great fan of Wyze products. The latest version of the iPhone app has taken out my ability to cluster my camera displays. Error code 0.
Poor Quality Control - Don’t Upgrade

Love the cameras and company. But they’ve grown so quickly their quality control has dropped significantly and therefore so has their reliability. Latest update has many issues and the most frustrating for me is notifications no longer work. Cannot enable them at all. This is very annoying as the alert notifications are extremely useful so you don’t have to stare at camera all day. Really hope they can fix this ASAP. But I definitely recommend not upgrading any long when an update is released. Better to wait a few weeks or a month to see feedback. You can’t rollback which has always been a aggravating thing within Apple iOS.
