Good but could be great if...

Game is fun as far as it goes but a few “fixes” ago they resized the display ONLY for the iPhone. With my iPad, it is uncomfortably harder to see. Wrote them but they don’t plan to reset it to match general sizes of other devices like it did originally. Latest fix replaced the sounds and I find them very annoying. No option to return to legacy sounds. You can’t swap out letters if you only want to change one letter in the middle. You can only remove pieces from the end and move them back again one by one wasting a lot of time on a game that only gives you 30 minutes max minutes to finish. If you want to take your time figuring out what the words could be, this is not the game for you.

Played this since first iPod Touch all the way to now on phone 7 and IPhone X coming. Update with concentration-breaking ads has ruined the damned thing. I got all the way to 1 1/4 million points. Now intolerable ads and high score lost forever. Epic fail! I paid for NO ADS! Update on 3/27/2019: Even WORSE!! 30 seconds of 2 ads after every freakin’ game completion!! Can’t stop them. Ruins the rhythm and momentum when you’re on a roll and trying to achieve a higher score. Word fans, please post any other superior word game so I can enjoy myself again QUIETLY and without INTERRUPTIVE CRAPOLA ADS!!

Still grumpy after losing my paid version of WW, I decided it was worth the ads which I ignore, except now they sometimes start AS SOON AS A ROUND ENDS... which means I can’t even look up the definitions of those obscure words which I’m so fond of. Please fix this.
Would pay for premium version without ads

***NEWS FLASH*** JUST PUT YOUR PHONE IN AIRPLANE MODE AND YOU'RE GOOD TO GO!! They still throw a stupid AD in your face after every round, but it's quickly dismissed with the"X" upper left corner. And there's NO loud obnoxious noise!! Yahoo!! Just remember to turn off airplane mode when you're done.

This was literally one of my favorite games. Or was. The ads have gotten out of control and I’ve noticed that lately the same ones will repeat within a very short amount of time, which never used to happen. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to delete it. The ads are driving me crazy.

30 second, loud kiddie music ads after every 2 minute game. Love mobility ware jigsaw puzzle and FreeCell but this ones got to go!

Another developer ruining a great game with obnoxious ads after every play. Confirmed when you read their responses - I’m not sending in a service ticket for a problem their greed created! I don’t mind supporting good apps, but...

Not only can you barely even play because of all the ads but it doesn’t size for an iPad. Worse the game is now limited to six letters making it very monotonous. I keep seeing the same combination of letters. The expert level has some ridiculous words but the standard is missing a lot of basic words. I loved this game before but the update is a waste of time. Deleting.
