I detest this app

This is not a game app. It’s an excuse for annoying, intrusive ads. The ads make this app a waste of time. Every now and then I think maybe they have gotten a conscience, made it less commercial and more fun. I upload it, only to be disappointed and frustrated yet again.

How about doing the right thing for loyal fans. Been playing this for 10 years. Ads keep getting worse. It’s a 5 star game without the ads! Update: Same developer response for all negative ads. I paid for this app it wasn’t free! I get you want to make money - but how about making a little less and providing a paid no ad version. You obviously don’t care about your lie rating or your customers.

I started this game several years ago and liked it well enough to purchase the no-ads version. It’s quite unfortunate that that version became obsolete (not supported without updates), so now I’m in a space where I want to play a few rounds but ads are so long I’m spending more time in ads versus the seconds to complete some rounds. Why isn’t there a no-ads version? I want what I purchased back, please.

Sadly this was a great entertaining game back in the days. With every update it seems these guys want to drive their customer base away with endless ads to click past. I’ve had enough. I’m definitely deleting this mess.

This is one of my favorite games to play. I’m sorry, if I wanted commercials I would watch tv. I turn my ringer down to avoid that loud music that seems to be attached to every ad. Now the ads are getting longer. You would think they would want to make money from players who actually like playing this game and who are will to pay for no ads instead of getting paid by advertisers. All those stupid ads will not be seen if everyone stops playing! Go back to offering a paid version with no ads, but this time don’t mess it up when it updates. Or here’s a crazy thought... better yet, start limiting those ads. I swear I can go bake a cake and come back and one of those stupid ads will still be playing. The struggle is real I tell ya... the struggle is real!!

I really wish I could rate it lower. A great game that I enjoy, ruined by countless ads. It doesn’t even offer a premium ad free version. Unless you like ads literally every 2 minutes do not download this game.

They changed how they do their ads. I deleted this game. Used to be one of my favorites. Now I will find another game.

I honestly don’t understand the complaints. This game is awesome and trying to achieve new high scores is so addictive. As far as some complaints go, this game seems to be linked to an English language dictionary and you can click on words at the end of each round to learn words you might not be familiar with. If you’re not great at spelling or have a narrow vocabulary then this game might be frustrating.
