Needs better “last mile” prediction

When the ups truck is within a mile or so of my house, I can see the truck on the map. But it’s not updated in near real time. The estimated delivery time is not updated either. I’ve sat outside for 2 hours waiting for the truck to arrive when the delivery window has passed, and according to the tracking map, the truck is less than 1/4 mile from me.

My only difficulty with the app is that it won’t allow me to remove my old address. I moved and sold the old house 4 years ago. But other than that it’s very accurate about where my packages are and when they will be delivered.

I have not had any problems with UPS. All my deliveries were on point. But today I didn’t receive my package. After I was sent a text that my package was delivered. Now I know once the package is delivered it can be stolen (as seen on the news) but your website has made it so hard to put in a complaint. The site is jumping and switching, then you run out of time. It’s a mess. I’ve tried three times to Report this missing box.

60% of the time you are left guessing where your package is, when it is scheduled to arrive or if it will arrive at all. Been marked delivered only to be picked back up with no explanation or updates
