Customer service takes forever and can’t help with anything, decide to get a code mailed and the code is invalid. Can’t track packages or anything with an account on hold pending a new code. Not worth the effort!


Unable to speak to Anybody

A week ago I placed an order and when I paid with PayPal (which I don’t use), I realized the ship to address was some very old address. I called Overstock, then emailed them, and again, and again. Then began the 4 iPhone size pages of texts began. I’ve been on the app, I’ve tried calling, and you can see what is happening, you just can’t do anything about it. Ultimately, part of my 1900 order was dropped in front of some unsuspecting person I don’t know, hence, it now became her problem too. When I call, it simply doesn’t accept the tracking number. If you do not have a valid tracking number, you aren’t talking to anybody at UPS. Separately as all this is going on, I see a UPS truck drive by my office. I have a profile, my address and Suite number is everywhere, nope, it got sent back to their facility because for whatever reason, the Suite number didn’t make it on. Again, tried to talk to somebody, using the tracking bulb be on their website, nope, no good. So eventually that shipment will be returned to. And, I was told if I can’t retrieve these items, nothing they can do. Ps trying to submit this and I’m on my 19th attempt at a nickname otherwise it won’t go


Package delayed without reason

I was expecting a package on 2/3/22. Following the progression of the package on the app, I got a message that delivery was rescheduled for 2/4/22. On the app it showed package arrival at the kicks UPs facility at 7.58am. Delivery time was supposed to be between 12pm-4pm. I got a new message that the delivery will be done on 2/7/22 because of weather delay (no weather issues in the last 24h in MI). I called the UPS service line and I was told that the package is still in transit contradicting the info on the app. I needed this package as I fly out on 2/7/22 in the pm. I requested to be delivered in the morning but it is not possible to schedule that so I have to call back the same day. UOS used to be on top of things and my preferred carrier. Definitely not so good lately!

I screen shot the fun of having at 6:45 Feb4 being told that I am to expect my delivery between 2-5pm of Feb 4th, almost two hours ago. And, details, “Check Back Tomorrow” YES! My dollars on UPS service at work.

I love the way UPS let’s customers track package and provides detailed updates via their APP. The best delivery information there is. Very helpful when you have to have a friend or neighbor pick up the package left by the front door.
