Easy to track with a tracking number but you can do that on the Internet . My Choice only works if the exact name is on the package.

Keeps saying my address Is business and to contact ups . Stupid question, it is commercial. Do not get this app.!!! Nothing but trouble.!!!

Black Screen only

Downloaded and tried to open, nothing but a black screen appeared. Did a soft restart and still a black screen appears and nothing else.

Only problem items delivered don't delete. How do I remove past deliveries.

Only allows 5 packages to be tracked

The app only allows for five packages to be tracked. If you add a sixth, it will delete one previously tracked package without warning. Why the limit?

This is my first and only post using the UPS mobile app. I am so upset that a company as large and reliable as UPS cannot get their app correct that I am making this very rare post. The only reason I downloaded the app was so that I could get this critical package that I REPEATEDLY signed for and yet was still not delivered. I downloaded the app because it says that it gives me notifications. I missed the driver by 15 minutes on the final attempt and received no notifications from the app. If you downloaded this app, follow my example and delete it immediately.

The nickname feature won't work. UX for this app is seriously flawed. Needs complete rewrite.
