The last driver that delivered my package did exactly what I needed him to do. But there were two packages that were delivered to my apartment in the last couple of weeks and they didn’t follow instructions as far as where to put the package so my packages was left in front outside of my house and they were stolen. Please instruct all drivers to pay attention to package instruction placement. Because a lot of drivers don’t read the instructions on where to place the package. They just leave it on the front door scan it and leave. We have a lot of stolen packages on my block. I live at 231 Terrace Ave. in Jersey City Heights New Jersey. I live in the basement apartments where there’s no mailbox and no doorbell to my apartment so placement of my packages are very important which is in the rear of the house. I just received my package from a UPS driver and he did his job correctly.

A very useful app, thank you. The bar code scanner also will scan QR codes, including with tracking numbers. Very nice. One feature request: reject bar/QR code input that does not give a valid tracking number. I don’t always get the tracking number when I scan.

I really don’t understand how a 3 day select package that was sent out on a Thursday would not be arriving until Tuesday. An why this keeps happening.

Your web page and your customer service need lots of help. It waste so much of my time not getting any where. We don’t want to listen to things that don’t help, then hangs up on u.

Another example of software written by folks who are out of touch with how the average human actually thinks. Classic interfaces reminiscent of those written by caricatures of programmers.....in windowless rooms by weird people with no social skills, living in their parent's basements. Click tracking number links in official emails that should import into and open app don't reliably work when done back to back. Too many issues to go over plus why would I want to do that for free, anyway? Sad.....
