Have a section in the ap for special instructions. Its bad enough you cant speak to a human being, at least allow to give special instructions. It would help ups and its customers.

When I click on continue to track a package it asks me to log in and when I log in it goes back to the login page

When UPS APP STATES IT IS OUT FOR DELIVERY, IT WILL BE DELIVERED THAT DAY. UNLIKE FED EX.
Change delivery instructions while out for delivery

I was able to change the delivery instructions from leave at front toor to leave with receptionist while the package was out for delivery. That’s what I call excellent customer service!!!

This is one of the best applications that I use on regular basis.Always accurate and it lots of updates that allows individual the ability to track their packages while in transit to your doorstep!
Inconsistent but informative

The application itself is ok, but it’s inconsistent and unclear on when certain functionality can be chosen. For example, routing delivery to a UPS pick-up facility or scheduling a delivery time is randomly available and not explained in the app. Also, just now I was alerted to having two free guaranteed time windows as a premium member. After just using it once the app gave a message that I’d used two. Lol. It’s nice to know things are in the way, so with improvements this could be a wonderful app.

The scanning of the numbers does not work very well. When you manually place the tracking numbers it gives es false data as well.
