I got the app to track a package that was supposed to be at my house days ago. So I make an account and need to verify my email sounds easy so I verify it and then it brings me back to the starting page where I have to retype all of my answers again and the verify my email yet again. This whole cycle lasts 4 times after I finally gave up and said screw this app.

I’ve been trying to reach someone to let them know to leave my package in my mailbox and I can’t get anyone. I work overnight and been sleep the last two visits and my package has left with the driver. I need my stuff so I need it left in my mailbox.

I love this app because I don’t ever have to worry about a package that is coming UPS, someone tried to surprise me, but this app gave it away.. love it. It keeps me up to date on all my upcoming deliveries and my UPS is the best!!

I have a handicapped daughter and UPS is the only consistent delivery service that will deliver to her apartment door. Their app is easy to use.
