Tired of wrong addresses

They keep leaving my packages at the wrong address I am very dissatisfied I am tired of chasing my packages or getting my neighbors to bring my package is here that is not there yeah I’ve done it for a long time and I am really really tired of it

I just want to say thank you to the young man who delivered my package yesterday 01/13/2022. He put my package by my front door and knocked and when I opened the door he was back at his car and asked if I was ok. I had no clue who he was then he identified himself as UPS and pointed to the tiny package by my door. You should hire him full time to drive for UPS. It’s caring people who makes a company.

First, I never had problems with packages being delivered until I began living in Apts with package lockers. When they are filled drivers just throw them in the locker room floor. I lived on the 1st floor in one bldg and now I live on the 3rd floor. No matter if the app delivery preference says FRONT DOOR, they won’t deliver it there. Today is the second time a driver says they delivered my package and left it in a “locker” and nothing is there. I am disabled and this is the reason why I need my packages at my door!!! A snow storm is coming and I ordered a real coat to deal with it!!! Secondly, the app won’t allow me to change any addresses or remove them. There is an old address and incorrect apt number on my account that I have been trying to remove for months! Please fix your App and make these drivers wear body cams and snap proof of where they leave packages. This is getting out of hand and expensive.

I really liked the UPS app. The former version worked great. I got a prompt to upgrade to the latest version and now it won’t open at all. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again with the same result. This is on my iPhone 12 Pro. All other apps are working fine.

Just got notice of delivery but not at front door. I am in bldg with 4 apartments & as sometimes occurs- found them at another Apartment’s front door despite package clearly marked and building also marked as to where 4 apartments are- (Stop, look, think, & most deliveries get to correct apartment)

Updated the App 2 days ago and now it doesn't open, buffers infinitely. I tried uninstall and reinstall and that didn't resolve the issue.

Tracking number reading with camera not so good

If I had known this app’s ability to read tracking numbers was so poor, I would not have bothered to download it. After signing up for an account, I had a few receipts from shipments I had made. These are standard UPS receipts. I don’t see any reason why this app cannot read the numbers on the receipts. Half the time it tells me tracking is not available at this time. The other half it gives details from a completely different shipment.I have an eye iPhone SE second version, which has a decent enough camera for this app to be able to do it it’s designed to do. I had to manually enter the tracking numbers to get my information, which I could’ve done on their website without bothering with this app.

Terrible service! Have a pkg shipped 2nd day Air from Texas, made it to KY and it’s been there for 7 days. Another pkg sitting in IL for 4 days. Delivery is anywhere they feel like dropping it even if it’s 4 miles away from your address. Then they lie about it. The only good thing about the app is sometimes you can see that something was delivered, then you play the game of where’s my pkg and who is a better liar, the driver or the rep you are talking to on the phone. Ship using another carrier if you can.

Sad UPS doesn’t use this as advertised.

Have had a number of issues with deliveries that this app should have solved. I have a difficult driveway in the winter. UPS advised me to use the change my delivery function to deliver to another close address so my deliveries are safe. Deliveries are not made to the changed address, but are sent back to the distribution center. The changed address is on the main road the truck goes by on it’s way to my place. Talking to the drivers over the past couple of years, UPS’ system doesn’t send an alert to the driver to advise of the change. Drivers I’ve talked to admit they rarely access the portion of their tracking units that deal with the changes, because it is an extra step, and takes time, of which affects their efficiency ratings. This app would be great if used as intended, but internal workings of UPS defeats its purpose. BTW, I’ve had a number of conversations with people identifying as “far up the chain in UPS, so they’ve heard this before, straight from me.

I tried this app once before and hated it. Utterly useless. Now I’ve tried again because a package was “delivered” but nothing. Again, total garbage app. Signed up and it wouldn’t log me in. Can’t verify email. Over and over and over and over again. Use Fed Ex.
