I've had this app for a while now but the online sellers i ordered from always shipped my packages w/ USPS until 2 days ago. I received a notification from the app once the seller made a label for the package and the app kept me up to date

I have the best phone with iOS 10 and registered my account from the store delivery tracking page. I then downloaded the app to make it easier. Went in app to get a timeline when my packages are to arrive. It says on the truck and will arrive by "day's end". Guess what? It's 7:21pm eastern. I may be wrong but around here night already began. So I try and get a timeline off the app and it asks me to register, again. I try and Re-register and of course my user name and password is taken because I'm the one that took it. What's the matter with this app? I can tell you what the app isn't. Easy, convenient and reliable kinda like the company. Just plain bad. UPS you need to clean up your act. We don't pay you for anything else but to do an excellent job. So where's the money I spent assuring arrival of my items? It's gone in there pockets
