Faster, than a speeding bullet ! More powerful than a locomotive ! UPS IS HERE !
Doesn’t work well with VoiceOver screen reader.

This app used to work quite well with VoiceOver screen reader, but now it’s almost useless. Most of the objects on the screen are not labeled with any meaningful labels and there are many nodes on the screen that don’t speak at all. Please make this important app usable to persons that need to use the built-in screen reader, VoiceOver.

When I typed in the tracking number this morning it stated the package hadn’t been delivered. That was fine as there was real bad weather in the Midwest. When I had to re-type in the tracking number as it hadn’t been memorized it was unable to tell me the status of the package. I used the virtual assistant and it stated the package has been delivered. I had to type in the long tracking number three times to find out the package has been delivered. I don’t really have documentation it has been delivered that I can print. Very dissatisfied with the UPS app.

It’s nice to just open the app to find out where my package is.. always satisfied because UPS will never let me down!! Thanks UPS

I use UPS daily. Both professionally and for home use. I’m very rarely dissatisfied. Things out of their control such as weather or accidents can’t be helped. But they do a great job of meeting my needs. Easy safe and secure.
FedEx App Is Better

The FedEx app is so much better because it automatically captures all of my shipments. And yes, I’m signed up for UPS My Choice. It did me absolutely no good.
