I can not believe how bad this app is along with how bad the tracker is. I spent $89 on this tracker and I’m having issues with it. I have attempted to contact support online (the page refuses to load on multiple sources- phone, Mac and windows computer), they are not active on Twitter or Facebook, and I can’t find a number to call them. The app doesn’t work if your having issues with pairing. I tried loading the help page and it’s just blank. What a joke of a company

199美元买到的UP4. 仅仅用了不到1年电池就不好用了，然后保修更换了一支旧的，没用多久发现手腕的表带竟然是开裂的，再次要求保修，得到的答复是已经过了保修期，不能享受保修，真的很叫人失望，这个钱花的非常不值得。使用用它好像除了监控睡眠给出一些数据之外，走路和跑步的测量并不比别的手环更出色，所以，它不值得这个价钱，我不建议购买UP系列的手环。

This app is STILL crunching data from my UP2, as of March 2018! Well. I sure wish Jawbone wasn't on the way out for the individual user. The app works well for my set up. Yep the breaking wrist straps were a joke but the guts of the trackers are great, as is the software. I'll continue using it in a wrist band of my own making until they shut me down.

Jawbone Up used to have an AMAZING five star app that tracked the amount of caffeine you drank. It was one of a kind, beautifully elegant and simple in design and I loved it! I so which they’d bring it back! I’m sensitive to caffeine and found it so helpful.

I have worn a Fitbit Flex for several years. I decided to try a Jawbone UP because I liked the look and capabilities of the Jawbone. The first UP I purchased was very difficult to set up. Took a couple of days and many hours to get it up and running, only to have it shut down and cease working after two weeks. Searched the Internet for instructions on how to get it up an working, tried everything to no avail. Jawbone customer service was absolutely no help. Very frustrating! Returned it to where I purchased it. Tried a second UP2. Followed Jawbone instructions. Same problems with the second one, couldn't get it to charge. I had to return it as well. I then purchased an UP3 thinking that being a newer model it would be easier to activate. WRONG! Could not get this model to charge as well, and would not sync to UP App. Extremely disappointed with Jawbone UP products. Have returned to wearing my Fitbit Flex. BUYER BEWARE!
Great band and app but it constantly breaks

The app and the band are great when they work. I have replaced the band about 8 times in 3 years and last year customer service stopped answering my emails and there is no contact number for help. My band that I purchased in August only syncs itself randomly and doesn't hold a charge for more than a day. I'm finally switching to a Fit Bit. I'm tried of buying a product that keeps breaking.

This is a great app...the only thing that would make it greater is if the app was made for the watch as well and we can track our steps with the iWatch as well as the phone.
