Very frustrating and disappointing! – UP® – Smart Coach for Health Review

I have worn a Fitbit Flex for several years. I decided to try a Jawbone UP because I liked the look and capabilities of the Jawbone. The first UP I purchased was very difficult to set up. Took a couple of days and many hours to get it up and running, only to have it shut down and cease working after two weeks. Searched the Internet for instructions on how to get it up an working, tried everything to no avail. Jawbone customer service was absolutely no help. Very frustrating! Returned it to where I purchased it. Tried a second UP2. Followed Jawbone instructions. Same problems with the second one, couldn't get it to charge. I had to return it as well. I then purchased an UP3 thinking that being a newer model it would be easier to activate. WRONG! Could not get this model to charge as well, and would not sync to UP App. Extremely disappointed with Jawbone UP products. Have returned to wearing my Fitbit Flex. BUYER BEWARE!
