Great band and app but it constantly breaks – UP® – Smart Coach for Health Review

The app and the band are great when they work. I have replaced the band about 8 times in 3 years and last year customer service stopped answering my emails and there is no contact number for help. My band that I purchased in August only syncs itself randomly and doesn't hold a charge for more than a day. I'm finally switching to a Fit Bit. I'm tried of buying a product that keeps breaking.
