Love my up

No name Reggie

I have lost 8 pounds or so since I got my up only issue since I got a refurbished up2 it stop tracking my steps but I still like it and I'm ordering a brand new one

Miss my old jawbone!

WoofWoofGamer

I fell in love with my first Jawbone Up. Love the features, worked perfectly until my toddler got too curious one day and found a way to disassemble it. My jawbone 4 may be prettier, but It constantly loses connection with the app and the app takes forever to load and update. Not sure if it's the app or the wristband, but I'm disappointed.

UP3

Former Frustrated UP user

The UP3 has NO customer service. I purchased my band over a month and cannot get it to sync. I have been going back and forth with e mails to no avail. It would be so much easier if I can talk to a human being for 5 mins instead I have spent at least 20 man hours trying to get it to work DO NOT BUY THIS BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUPPORT Dissatisfied, Disappointed customer

Health app

vogtjr

This app is supposed to communicate with the health app. It does not. It is supposed to sync every hour when you leave them both running in the background. It’s been 3 weeks and no syncing is taking place. I would choose any other app!

Good device

Fittintobefit

I like this tracker very much because it also provides articles and other feedback to increase one's desire to get and stay fit.

Not as UP

searleos

The sleep pattern stop working and no information was given. The exercise part had to always have your phone available to add the exercise.

Up2 running on iPhone SE, iOS 10.3

BARBARTIST

Well. I sure wish Jawbone wasn't on the way out for the individual user. The app works well for my set up. Yep the breaking wrist straps were a joke but the guts of the trackers are great, as is the software. I'll continue using it in a wrist band of my own making until they shut me down.

Wish I could input the miles I walked/ran

Gdswllbdn

I love my UP3. It’s become a tool I really enjoy using to improve my health. However, this evening I went on a 3.6 mile run, within a specific time frame, and all the app wants to give me credit for is 3.01 miles. Why can’t I input my mileage?

Very good!!
