Stop working

Keep getting error that network unavailable since May 2018. Does not allow me to log in after I log off. When requesting support for the issues stated error “sorry there is that error communicating with the up server please try again”. Is anyone else having these issues. I loved the app when it was working.
Firmware update malfunction!

I have used the up three products for over five years and I bought 2 new Jawbone up 3’s but they don’t connect after the firmware update that the app made me do. After returning one new Up 3 band for that same problem and having the second new Up 3 band have the same problem (of not connecting) after the firmware update, I realized it’s the update that was the problem. Please fix the product and firmware!

Not synchronizing with Jawbone server for two days and their page is down also. I believe the company closed and we will not be able to use the app anymore.

The app and website are not working. My band won’t sync getting error network unavailable so I deleted the app and redone loaded it and now can’t login.

No network connection... won’t pair... can’t even get to the help section because of no “network” connection. Waist of money

For the last four days I have been getting a Network Unavailable message. It says my data is being saved but it is not showing me any of it.

I know they're not making these devises anymore, but the one I already have is pretty much useless now. The app is constantly freezing and crashing and won't save any of my data. It's basically a glorified wrist band/alarm.

Jawbone App has not been working the past several days. “Network Unavailable”...... happens way too often, unfortunately !!!! Please, Tech Support Team try to correct the issues and fix this. Thank you
