Would love to have this app again. So comprehensive. It quit working weeks ago (except for tracking steps) and I can’t reopen an account. It keeps telling me to try again. I don’t know of another app that has all the features this one does...:(

I like the app, but hate that the servers are down.

I really, really like this app because in addition to monitoring my steps daily, it also allows me to log my food, sleep and exercise activities. I love the coach and the daily tips and motivation. I would’ve given the app five stars but the servers are down (according to the app) and have been for a couple weeks. I read about some other users who experienced the same thing and a few of them said they just deleted the app and downloaded it again. I tried this and now I can’t login at all. I can’t remember my password and I can’t recover it because, SURPRISE! : the servers are down. I hope this is resolved soon because I’d love to continue using this app. I like it so much better than other similar apps.

It does not let me to sign up

It says error whenever I proceed to signing up after entering my data and accepting the terms. And there is no customer service or contact button in the app to reach out for help :/

4 ⭐️ :: not getting a reply from Jawbone Email. I am an UP app user & have encouraged others to use it to track their sleep time & activity; however, for a month now, the app keeps telling me ‘there is no Internet connection’ to keep my records, even though it shows my steps for that day. The?connections ck’d out w Apple & w my internet provider; they both said it must be a problem w the app. Perhaps there is a way to communicate w the company that I don’t know about. (?)

I purchased an UP2 band yesterday, and today I tried to sign up for an account. However, it just gives me an error message and won’t let me create an account. Would definitely like for someone to help me with this. Can’t even use the thing.

Every time I try to make an account an error appears. I’ve tried multiple emails, changing my information, restarting the app several times and nothing works. I used to use this app a year ago and it worked fine so I’m really disappointed.

Pretty annoyed, We recently purchased replacement battery chargers and were shocked to see them so cheap, only to further realize after we received them that Jawbone is out of business and their products no longer work :( sad I wish I was able to use my Up2 but guess Ill get a fitbit

Apparently jawbone is bankrupt. The app no longer works and there is no support. What a shame. I loved the band and the app until recently

My tracker broke in half after less than a year. It just simply started to tear in half. I have been in a one-sided discussion with the customer service since October 2016 without any success and this is after they already agreed to refund me! What followed was MONTHS of me contacting them and them responding with their system is backed up and I have to wait another month for my refund. After that they just stopped responding. This is a horribly unprofessional company and I am strongly advising everyone to stay away!
