Have been using the app since January. Last week go to add my food and says no connection. I have service and all my phone settings are correct. I logoff and attempt to log back in with no success. Delete app and download it AGAIN.... Still can’t get logged on and tells me there is a problem with my connection. All my other apps work so it’s not my connection. Deleting and moving on to something better!

I’ve had this app for less than a day and after multiple efforts to login have become increasingly frustrated. I’ve never had the app, trying to create new account. I get the error sign up failed. Sorry we can’t create your account, please try again .....

Apparently they have shut down the website. Can’t sync or even log in. Sad because I did enjoy tracking activity and sleep for a reasonable price. Fit bit is expensive but I guess I need to get one.

Love the jawbone, sadly mine was lost/stolen. Started using other jawbone up app. Now ever time I log on it is giving me this can’t connect to network error message. Would love to continue using but if this issue is not fixed I will no longer be able to use app or product. Please help

Bought my Up 2 weeks ago and the app won’t allow me to create an account, I tried different devices, different emails but nothing but money wasted

This thing pretty much stopped syncing with the network on May 22nd and it is now June 8th. I knew this time would be coming soon and I would be switching to Fitbit. The tech support for UP bands has been crappy since the beginning and the “smart alarm” has never worked right (it simply goes off at the 10-20 minutes before your alarm is set no matter what sleep cycle you are in). I will probably hold off till the actual band breaks which will be in 3-6 months and purchase the competition.

I have an iPhone 5s, and have tried to use two consecutive brand new Up3 bands. They pair, but the app can’t read them. I had no trouble with my previous Up3 bands; the company is seriously behind in taking care of their app updates.
