I DONT HAVE MY WALLET OR ID BECAUSE BAD INSTRUCTIONS GOT MY CAR TOWED IN AN UNFAMILIAR LOCATION!!! I HAVE BEEN STRANDED FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO LIVE SUPPORT!!!!
Uber pool express needs a lot of work

Uber pool express is a good idea but it has terrible algorithms that consistently make you walk a few extra blocks that you didn’t need to because the car was already going in that direction. Sometimes this can happen because a new rider appears after you book the ride but before you reach the car. But overall it’s been a bad experience.

There is no phone number you can call when you experience issues with Uber (e.g. you get charged a full ride even if you promptly cancel a trip, which never happen with their competitors). Only way is via email and it takes forever! Really frustrating!

I’ve used Uber for a while and had never had a bad experience until about a month ago when someone accepted my ride and drove around in a circle and never picked me up . He took my money and never even gave me a ride . I will change my review if my problem is resolved. Ive contacted Uber multiple times and they said it will be refunded but it never was .

I have never used an Uber before. I have my own car so I never saw a reason to use one. My car has been in the shop recently and I wanted to use an Uber to get to work but the moment I made my account and tried to access an Uber ride, it told me to go to a website that would explain why I couldn’t get an Uber. I realized it was because I hadn’t confirmed my email, so I did that and tried again. Then it completely deactivated my account. Please fix this.
