We just took Uber to airport in Vegas and driver charged a wait time. That’s wrong. We waited for him. It was not the cost it was the principal. WRONG

Good app, but low function in what seems to be multiple areas (multiple US states). Would NOT recommend relying on time estimates as they are not able to take into account traffic. It would make sense for the application to take this into account, but it doesn’t & this can cause an issue between drivers and riders who would typically not be frustrated. Additionally, there is a lack of focus on GPS navigation improvement and this can become dangerous if your driver is unaware of closed roads. I frequently have my drivers tell me Uber has routed them through a closed off area...if the app isn’t able to update given closures, it shouldn’t be an application. This is too big a hazard for drivers and their riders, and it shouldn’t be a drivers job to re-route.

My driver got lost and came late to pick me up for long beach airport. I saw he was lost on the gps and texted him right way. Then, he took me to some weird back road of Long Beach airport instead of the main terminal! I was glad I left with time to spare! But then I was charged a wait fee and toll/service fees?! There were no tolls on the highway. I tried contacting customer support and it was way too long of a process.

Your app never seems to connect to cars in time and I have to end up cancelling multiple times and using Lyft! I’ve wasted money any time I try to use your app! Fix it!

I scheduled a car to pick me up with an $23-$30 estimate. I got charged $46. Sticking with Lyft FOREVER!

Again!!!You cancelled a ride that the driver never came to where I was standing waiting at Building E! This is not right. The same thing happened with the second driver. It was 90 degrees and I am old and had to stand in the street when driver didn’t come. On the way back you charged me $2.50 for driver wait. Driver did NOT wait. She pulled up I drive of hotel and I waked down five steps and into her car. Your service is absolutely atrocious and I will never tip bec you charge when there is no reason. Give me back my $5 I did NOT cancel. I waited on 95 degrees whilevidiot never came. Had to reorder another driver. NOT my fault!!!!! *The above happened on June 7. Since that time I have been charged in past week $3.05 per ride over the ride fee. Your Drivers are being sent to Melrose Street. My address is 1045 Shook Avenue at Olmos Park Gardens, Building E. Yesterday I stood in 102 degree heat and he never came. I have now begun to write directions to driver: turn into 1045 Shook Avenue at Olmos Park Gardens. Drive halfway up drive to Building E and I am standing. Yesterday the one driver never made it into the complex. Today the driver came right away. But they charge 3.00 over what drive costs. I will not pay that.

I had a very good trip Amid and he quoted me a charge of $64.79. When I got the email there were added charges -Booking fEe/$3.84, Long trip/$4.71, DIA pick up-$2.60, Drop off fee-? Will you please explain the added charged. Marilyn Rose
