Love the app & how easy it is to get a ride! My favorite is the Gps will tell you how far your ride is & when it will arrive which is super helpful . For your safety it also shows the drivers picture & vehicle & the license plate. All in all I love Uber & the app is awesome too !!
Wrong pick up address for scheduled ride

I know I’m not a computer guru, but The Uber app has apparently got the wrong pick up address and I can’t find a way to correct that. There also seems to be no way to contact a real person to figure this out. This is very frustrating.
Cancelled rides

5 Uber drivers cancelled on us in a row. Uber did absolutely nothing to help/ensure we had a safe ride home. Would not recommend.
Never knew it could be this easy. After midnight and Home so fast and felt safe
