I don’t understand if I’m paying for a ride why do I have to walk to their car a block away just for them to ride by where I was and to add on to it I have to walk to my destination also like a what am I paying you for?

Drivers are worse than ever

Having to direct drivers on multiple occasions because their GPS isn’t connecting with the app, having a driver admit he was late because he stopped for food which is the same driver who smoke a blunt with a passenger or using UberPool with coworkers and having pick up locations in sketchy locations. I was hoping my experience with uber would change after not using for months but now the drivers are worse. What happened to quality customer service?

Uber, your google maps sent my driver to a different apartment complex that wasn’t the location I have provided. I can also tell hat the map is not accurate at all. Overall, I had a good experience. My driver Rachel was amazing and I felt safe with her all along. Thank you so much

Uber and connection

It’s a great app. But the reason I give it 3 stars is the fact it doesn’t work always for me unless I have WiFi going. I’ve used Lyft and it doesn’t matter if I have WiFi or not.

Wrong location

My most recent trip, the driver had my incorrect location. Having no way to communicate with the driver i waited around for about 30 minutes wondering why he was 5 blocks away and not moving. This was very frustrating and I ended up having to cancel and reorder my ride. The pick up confirmation showed the main road name and a side street with no name, apparently not my street. The fact that there is no way to report this issue to Uber is mind blowing.
