A third of the times it will not unlock a bike without specifying what is the problem. Another third of the times it will unlock it, but then overcharge you since the bike can take additional 2-5 minutes to communicate the server that the ride is over. And worst of all, it will frequently charge you when you don't even get to unlock the bike. It seems the developers still didn't get to implement the correct logic to manage the bikes.

Scared and very exciting for the first time. My wife and I experienced our first Uber ride and planning to use Uber again on our next vacation. Very convenient and easy way to go places. I just hope all Uber cars have working a/c because on my case I have severe allergy for pollens and cigarettes smoke.

It’s fast & smooth on iPhone SE.The driver tracking on Apple Watch needs to improve. Please make the Apple Watch app , update a bit faster. Other than that , it’s an excellent experience.

Richard is a very nice person, very jovial and the Sienna was very well kept clean car. Drove from Greyhound Bus Station, Detroit to Columbus. The Best trip to Columbus I had so far, glad the Greyhound Bus didn’t show up. Didn’t realize how fast the time passed and reached destination. Thanks Richard
