I was charged for wait time for no reason. I was ready to go. The driver probably used the time to go thru the guard house as wait time and that should no happen. I should be refunded. On top I gave the driver a cash tip of $3.00. This was the trip from 3332 NE 190 St. to the Fort Lauderdale Airport on August 23.

Wrongly charged

I was charged a fee for not taking a ride but I was right in front of my pickup point . How is that possible and why am I charged that fee.

I was unable tip. My ap needed updating and it sent me there. Unable to get to tip Area Won’t let me send without a nick name. All taken Don’t make it so hard

My 1st experience with Uber was truly amazing. Mohamed was professional and very pleasant. I enjoyed his music as well as the cleanliness of his vehicle. I highly recommend him and I am hoping to use him on my return trip.

Don’t try to use family function

I added my father to my account so I could arrange rides home for him and my family when we got back from vacation. Once at the airport I was able to arrange his car but then the app did not allow me to book a car for my family. Thanks for stranding us at the airport UBER. Your app is trash.

The app is difficult to use for many newbies. It needs to be more user friendly. It also sends drivers to the wrong pickup locations.

Tried to sign in and it says “number already in use”. So i go through the steps to contact customer support and they send me an email saying they will call me, but they never do. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them
