Jump app is terrible – Uber - Request a ride Review

A third of the times it will not unlock a bike without specifying what is the problem. Another third of the times it will unlock it, but then overcharge you since the bike can take additional 2-5 minutes to communicate the server that the ride is over. And worst of all, it will frequently charge you when you don't even get to unlock the bike. It seems the developers still didn't get to implement the correct logic to manage the bikes.
