This is the word app ever if you want to buy food. DO NOT USE IT. It diese have any way to contact your order. It takes more than two hours for a burger.

Uber support is terrible. I had missing items and their compensation is 5 dollars uber cash. I deleted app and will only use door dash from now on I guess.

Why do I get push notifications for yalls ads when there’s not even drivers in the area

I’ve never really had a problem with the app itself. Sometimes I get cold food, but guess what? It’s fast food and it takes 10 mins to get to my house. You go get it and see if it gets to your house piping hot. Sometimes that stuff comes out of the window cold! My biggest issue with this app and all delivery apps is different people showing up than who is in the profile. Twice this month an Uber driver brought me food, app said it was a female and it was a male. Uber needs to get a handle on that. Do they not have daughters? Do they not know how angry some people can get and how those people now have your address?! And how is it fair to the other drivers that one person is running multiple profiles? There’s a good reason UE has to keep giving out free food for cold food, because your driver is delivering under 3 app under 2 names!

I woke up from Uber eats notifications at 7am on a Saturday morning that I never signed up for. The one time I used Uber eats it was insanely expensive. Menu items were more expensive, plus a delivery fee, plus a tip. It’s not worth the money. Uber exploits their drivers. Don’t use this app or Uber.

Good app, but frustrating when I changed one thing on my order and the delivery fee went up 3.00. Seems like a scam!!

I have a complaint for a double charge. No proper response on Uber Eats for a double charge and it has been over a week. The issue was closed without a resolution. They can’t help you if you call the number for customer service. I will now quit using Uber Eats. I used them very consistently, especially after purchasing Uber One. I will make sure everyone starts using another delivery service during lunch breaks.
