The device I thought was incredibly useful. That is until the update and I can no longer use the speedometer function. It is a huge disappointment that the device no longer functions while driving the vehicle. Since the update I have found myself never using my device :( I contacted support and they said something to the effect of it being a driving distraction and that is why the app offers all other functions free of charge. Tbh it is a crappy trade off. I’d rather it function while driving. Please bring back the speedometer function.

The thing don’t work it will not connect and view live data because it says the car is moving when the car is off???? What a junk I want my money back I’ll never buy this product very again I wish I could give it negative stars

Updating app ruined it

I had to buy different packs for individual cars when I first bought this, so one day I got a different car and decided just to buy it all, when I did the purchase went through then said “you should update now!!! So I update only to find out in the update everything is free now, I’m not happy at all with this anymore, they ruined it, it used to be much better!!!

Like everyone else said, it was good once, then the update happened. Hope you can read the comments before you buy. It will save you a lot of headache. I would give this a zero rating, but it won’t let me.
Could Not Resove with Technical Assistance

Although I was able to reach U-scan’s technical assistance team, they were not able to help me pair my device with my phone. My U-scan device paired initially and suddenly unpaired while updating. After repeated attemots to pair, update, I decided to call U-Scan for technical assistance. I made a point to describe to the technician while on the phone that since the initial pairing, the device could not stay paired and would not update. We tried to troubleshoot the issue further but we did not succeed.

Terrible app has severe connectivity issues disconnects all of the time. The UI is weird to navigate and it is extremely outdated not even optimized for the newer phones. Can’t use it while driving the vehicle which defeats the purpose of live data. Unless they make some serious improvements the app makes this product useless.
