Allows people to smoke in your car and you canning fine them unless there’s damage to your car… the damage is the smell and ruins the experience for future renters!

I was a Turo host for a few months. I’ve already cancelled my account because 1) guests can & will cancel last minute when they find a cheaper rental and YOU lose out on the lost revenue 2) renter’s are very, very hard on your car and Turo will do everything in their power not reimburse you for the damages.

This app is a scam! I got super happy when i seen the cheap rates! I made a account did everything i was supposed to do and when i went to book a car they turned me down saying i wasn’t accepted. They didn’t give me a reason as to why. Then i went to go check my email to see if they sent me anything in regards to why i wasn’t accepted and i have nothing not even a welcome to Turo email. Then one day at work i got a text saying my card was used in another state farrrrrr from mines and the only thing i recently signed up for was if you guess Turo then congratulations. So i began to become more curious as to why “my email” wouldn’t change to MY EMAIL it was some weird random letters turo email. At this point i’m thinking okay maybe the website is just broken because i’m getting the code to reset the email to my phone but it just won’t change. So i closed that account and immediately made a new one but with a different email and name and put my password soooo easy people would get mad. I downloaded the app and “signed in” it wouldn’t let me saying the email and password was wrong but im looking at the email and password on the website so im like what the heck they’re scammers watch your bank accounts!

They charged me extra fees, extra 100$ for being 30 min late . And you can never talk with someone over the phone. I wish i could give them no stars

Thought I’d Give it a try rather than the regular car rentals, don’t do it…Called to confirm pick up at 9:30, and at 9:45 my reservation was cancelled leaving me to change all my plans for the day. Now with that said Turo did call me to attempt to find another vehicle, with no success at the last minute @&$!?. To add insult to injury, they want to keep my money and give me credit??? Not a good business model

Allows host to file false smoking fees and will suspend account when trying to dispute the charge. Better off with enterprise or Avis. Be warned
