Denisse rocks. This was the most wonderful rental I’ve done in a long time. Denisse was on time and the car was clean and all shined up. She was responsive quickly and takes pride in her rentals. Denisse I can’t thank you enough for making my trip fantastic. I hope to do business in the future and would recommend her to anyone who wants a good trip.
Horrible Experience

I rented a car. Pickup was fine. It took over 30 min to contact the owner to return the car. The return was very stressful and I did not know what to do with the car if the owner did not answer her phone, text messages or messages through the app. The people at Turo finally got in touch with the owner and I was able to return the car. Now the problems begin. Two days later I get a call from Turo that owner claimed I damaged the car. They had no pictures to give me and could not tell me why the owner has 24 hours to report damage which they did not show me. Any other place I’ve been they look at the car right away, you give them the keys and you are done. When I called Turo they would not let me speak to a manager and told me it would take a week for them to investigate. They could not tell me what I needed do if I did not hear from them within a week but recommended calling them back during business hours. Really!!!??? I am blown away that I rented a car for 11 hours, the owner looked at the car when I returned it, had the car another 24 hours and then filed a claim that it was damaged. Super shady. I’d write the owner a review too, but the problem is not a bad renter, the people running the app were very unpleasant to deal with and it is a huge downer to wake up to this the day after you come home from vacation. I’ll update this review if the company resolves this problem in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend using any other rental company and avoiding this app unless you want to deal with surprise charges and a company that calls to report a problem to you and will not let you speak with a manager. Spend the extra few dollars to go to a reputable company and wake up happy the day you get back from vacation!

This app charges wayyyy to much for the little work they do, your car suffers wear and tear and if you do a claim the deductible is through the roof. I’m my experience this is a greedy company, worried more about their income that the people who provide the cars for rent. Please look for another alternative.

Went to use Turo for the first time and we planned our trip with this in mind and a hour before we are due to pick up our rental gets canceled. The people we where getting the car from did not give any notice. Needles to say I will be using a regular rental from now on. My time is vary valuable and this was supposed to be a simple trip for our family.

Just know this app care about customers more then the host

Protect your investment when thinking of signing up document pictures of interior and exterior they will do everything they can to not pay. Also don’t do day rentals set it 2-3 because if the person smoke's or damages the vehicle it offsets your profit.(might be different if you vehicle rents for 12 and up). Do everything to protect your investment as a host on this app take all the precautions

Incredibly well done app. The air bnb for cars. Sooooo much easier than renting a car at an airport and waiting in those huge lines! So glad this exists.
Has potential but not there yet

Car locked itself with the keys in it renter could have cared less turo was impossible to get ahold of long story short I had to pay a locksmith 150.00 bucks renter just said make a claim on your insurance will never use this service again
