Supervisor Amador tried to charge one extra day for a mistake of time car return

We extended the rental for one extra day but we agreed with the renter to return the car the night before as he had an early rental at 9am. My wife changed the date and time wrong changing the time for 12pm instead 00:00 of the next time. Amador didn’t agree with provide his full name what seems very unusual. So we will never use Turo again.

BEWARE in doing business with this company. I rented a vehicle when I traveled to Florida. Everything was going great. Unfortunately the last day of my trip, someone broke into the rental vehicle & stole my belongings. They broke the whole passenger window. I bought insurance through Turo (DO NOT BUY) & what a waste of money. The Insurance didn’t cover anything. The host had insurance through Turo as well. They paid out $54 while the total damage was very close to $1000. What a joke. What most ticked me off is that after the host filed a claim, Turo decided to charge me $500 for absolutely nothing & without my authorization. I will NEVER do business nor recommend Turo to anyone again. Terrible experience & terrible customer service.

Turo app use to be the best! great cars at cheaper prices and now I should just go to enterprise or someone. I get the way of the world has changed some but people do not have as much money as we once had. To charge someone $200-400 just to run errands around town for two days is ridiculous when I use to get cars off this app for $50-150 before this is psycho an will not use this again. Smh

This guys are full scammers I will never use them again! They charged my card $350 because they said someone smoked in the car. I don’t even smoke, FYI I later got an email saying I won’t be allowed to rent a car with them again anyways I was never looking forward in renting no daam car with them pls take your money somewhere else they are full scammers they steal your money! Especial the idiot that rented me the car is a scammer beware of this clowns. Thief’s

Turo is nothing as it used to be 2 or 3 years ago . I still have a pending open claim from November 31 . It is 2 month and adjuster don’t reply my emails or phone calls .

I used this 3-4 times to rent cars locally. I had 5 star reviews as a renter and I have a clean driving record. 2 days after my last rental they suspended my account and sent an email with a general list of very vague and irrelevant reasons as to why my account may have been suspended. I wrote 3 emails asking for specifics as perhaps we could resolve it.... I received the same, automated response each time. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. I will be telling everyone NOT TO USE TURO. You are not an actual customer to them. Don’t expect any help.
