I am sending everything back. I am 64 but young but the items sent were much too something….. like the Steve Madden 4” white leather chunky heel & the PS Jean jacket. One top was too large L and others were mid length tummy showing. Jeans were too tight and too short and not flattering and expensive. So sorry this was not a hit for me

I signed up 1-2 months ago. I received an email saying I needed to call to verify some info. I called back, left a message, did not receive a callback. My order got canceled so I ordered again. This time, I waited a month. The app said it would ship between 08/31-09/06. Never did. Called again, was told the department I needed to talk to wasn’t there. Mentioned I called and left a message and didn’t receive a response. Customer service left it up to me to call back and said “they’ll take note that I’ll call.” Girl if you’re gonna take note that I’ll call why don’t you take note that y’all didn’t call me back in the first place and have them call me?! While this is a minor annoyance, the biggest annoyance is that I waited 2 months with poor follow up about this. Do y’all just not want to sent this trunk? lol I would think Nordy would have a smoother process than this in general. Don’t know where all that good Nordstrom money is at but it ain’t in Trunk Club.

Placed an order for my first trunk and the expected arrival date came and went. No preview. No contact. No indication of anything amiss. I called and the woman I spoke with said it was a billing issue and she’d have them call me. She gave me no information as to what the issue may be or why no one had reached out previously. Waited a couple business days and no one contacted me still. Went ahead and canceled the overdue trunk. Very disappointed.

This has gone waaaay downhill in the past six months. I loved my first trunk but, with the exception of one, each trunk has been worse than the last, to the point where I just canceled my last one because it was so horrible. Also, they are NOT accurate at all with the timing of the trunks. Disappointed and looking for another premium clothing service.

i feel like y’all don’t take the time to really get to know the clients style and preferences, especially those that have been with you for 3 years. It’s disheartening and kind of irritating to have to decline trunk after trunk to just finally accept one with a few things you like and it shows up with everything you would never wear, it’s like they don’t look into your profile or previous buys
