This is the first review I’ve written for anything, I believe. I was compelled to write it after having received a few trunks in the last year or so. I had tried other style/clothing subscription boxes in the past and was never happy, so I decided to give Trunk Club a chance. I was skeptical at first because of those previous experiences with other companies, but I can honestly say I love this one SO much. I feel like the stylists really try to understand your likes and dislikes, and they do their absolute best to stick to your budget. I think I’ve purchased at least 2–3 items from each trunk I’ve received, and that’s only because I couldn’t afford more! I would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

I am seeing the reviews and I am wondering am I on a different service or what. The app is just a waste. Why can’t I click like on the items they fix up and get it in my box. And why can’t my stylist send me stuff I really like. I have been getting boxes about a year. I don’t know how many more there will be.

Linking to your Nordstrom account

Nordstrom app and trunk app ...They should be linked so you can see everything you have bought - allows stylist to keep up with what you purchased at Nordstrom

This is the error code I get whenever I try to open items from my trunk on the app. I can’t even exchange some of the items for another size as a result. It’s frustrating and makes me want to cancel my subscription. The service itself has been good in terms of the clothing I’ve gotten, but the stylists don’t really listen to your preferences in price range. For the last time, I am not paying $200 for jeans... but most importantly, fix your app!

Received my first Trunk and I loved it! Nelson did a great job picking out items that fit me well and are stylish! There are a few items I am returning, but that’s to be expected! Looking forward to my next trunk! Thanks!!

App is glitchy

Couldn’t edit my trunk. Tried to send feedback on app to report what I liked and didn’t but couldn’t. Kept timing out. Couldn’t checkout. Messages to designers don’t get returned in a timely way. I don’t know if I’ll be charged for the trunk and then refunded or what. Now they are sending me another trunk and I haven’t been able to even see what’s inside it! Ridiculous

I’ve tried several times to connect my Pinterest account to this app and it’s keeps sending me an error code and starts to glitch and the whole app shuts down. Then when I try going back on the app it’s shows that it logged me out and I now have to retype everything to log back in. The app needs some work.

Love the Trunk Club but apps needs a few things. First, you can’t see your past trunk purchases. Second, when you try to contact support, there’s only a phone option not an email. Works well to review trunks and send messages to stylist.

Old clothes and bad stylist who don’t get it right

I can’t believe that these people even called themself stylist! It doesn’t matter how many pictures you send them, how many surveys you take, how many pictures of designs that you like or don’t like, they don’t get it right. They were so off-base with my style and sent me some of the most old fashion horrible looking clothes that I would never buy. I went back-and-forth with them for four different trunks and decided this service is just a huge waste of my time. Didn’t save me any time at all. They have a bunch of old clothes that they’re trying to sell at brand new prices. none of the styles are up-to-date. Would never recommend to anyone.
