Featureless and poor experiences

After my last poorly put together trunk, I decided to try one more time. I didn’t get any notifications from the app letting me know a trunk was put together. I still can’t message the stylist to give input on the trunk. I don’t like any of the pieces the stylist put together especially at the high price points. I can’t cancel the trunk to prevent it from shipping. Leaving a review is the only way I have to communicate about my trunk. I’ve gone from looking forward to my trunk to hating the experience. All the fun is gone and I don’t have a way to influence what is sent.

They missed the mark

They didn’t read my profile questionnaire when you sign up. I can only wear tall lengths. They sent all regular sizes. I’ll give them one more shot however. Hope they read my profile this time.

Not my style

I might be 42 and a mom but I don’t need to dress like one. My children are grown. Classic but trendy. I like the outfits paired on Pinterest but my trunks in all of the style fixes tend to choose items not at all the same.

Support is terrible

I’m three agents deep after not receiving a box, have been told it was delivered on two different dates, have not been refunded yet, don’t know the next step, and got all the emails for a box delivery a week after they said it was delivered. I have a ring camera that shows it was not delivered when it says it was. What a waste.

Love the club! App has a bug

I love trunk club, especially compared to other similar services. My only criticism is that when you fill out your style questionnaire, picking patterns and colors that you do or don’t want is confusing. If you select an option, it puts an X over it (which makes me assume it means NOT this pattern/color) but when you look back at the summary of your answers, it shows only the colors/patterns that you marked with an X, so then

What I love best about this is that I can try on at home, in my own lighting and have a few days to decide what I really want or need. This is one of my self care things I love. It’s awesome that $25 fee goes towards purchase. This is a good thing! Thank you Trunk Club!
