I work so much I never have time to shop for new clothing. This solves that issue. You do need a decent bank roll cuz it adds up fast especially with the very nice and fancy clothing your stylist will give you each time and it only gets progressively fancier and more expensive unless you tell them to only send you once a quarter or whatever.

It’s a hit or miss but for the most part I love what the stylists send. It takes a few trunks to get fits and styles right on, but finally have my vibe. This is kind of fun and helps me explore things I wouldn’t normally go for in the store.

Scheduled a trunk for the first time and not only did it never arrive but no contact from any stylist or support after I emailed them wondering where my box was. ? They eventually just cancelled the box as if i never placed an order. Will go back to Stitch Fix.

I asked the Stylist to NOT send anything made in China. So what to they send? 80% of the items were made in China!! AND the selections which had color options were picked over with only black/white/grey left - and usually only 1 color left to choose from! Why not choose items for the customer that gives them a color choice when they are available rather than those that are nearly sold out!! Might as well shop Nordstrom Rack!! I expected more from Nordstrom…

My town is so small that I don’t have a Nordstrom, so I order and travel when I’m close. But, I order a trunk every month to just kinda keep my style up and to feel like I’m Shopping. I love it. It works for me and I don’t feel obligated to keep anything.

I like shopping at Nordstrom. I have never tried this boxed clothing approach. I took my time and completed the survey and my preferences thoughtfully. I even wrote a detailed comment about preferences. So, what was in my trunk… a LOT of items that are not me. Ex… looking for solids, a sweater & black boot cut jeans. What was in my trunk? Patterns, 2 skinny blue jeans. The cable sweater was sloppy and not a color I would want. Jewelry… ugly. A sweater was $79, and the alternate was just $1100+. THAT is NOT comparable. A huge MISS and bad experience across the board. Not moving forward…
