Poor Experience- Deleted the App

I deleted the app and I’m getting rid of my trackers. It was a waste of $30. I had turned off all separation alerts and had it on silent mode and I was getting constant false separation alerts that caused the phone to ring. I can have my phone going off all day. Not to mention it absolutely killed my battery. I liked the idea but the app and associated trackers just don’t work well.

I am not able to register and set up an account. It hasn’t sent me a confirmation email and I keep trying so I can’t use the product. I will be returning the item. Great idea very poor execution of a product. Extremely disappointed.

Another technology SCAM only Frys Electronics could sell. Seems like everything at Frys is a Scam. I bought the 5 pack and ALL 5 devices were Dead 2 weeks later. WORTHLESS. The app was excited to sell replacement batteries. Going back to the Tile spp.

not worth it

my device died within 6 months, which happened to be a few days before i lost my wallet which the device was inside of. the trackr app doesn’t work and wouldn’t track my wallet and when i contacted the company’s so called vip email they have yet to respond. this device and app are useless

I have iPhone X and the Bravo model won’t even sync, all three are duds, good idea, bad product.....

Ordered from Morning Save , got it,download app and synced now the battery is dead need to order free battery - not free $ 1.99. While I wait for the battery it has fallen apart the front has come off cant get it back together, a small metal disc piece won’t stay in place and the plastic top won’t snap back together. Trying other ones (I purchased 6) Every one needs a battery........I could not be more frustrated or disappointed in a product with no “reachable” customer service?
