Batteries dead upon arrival

Just opened a box of 5 pixels. Took hour to pair one device to phone app. Then once check device gave warning battery insufficient order new battery. At that point, closed up box and now returning to company. Not worth time or money and I bought 8 of them. Thought it was a great idea. But, if they do not work when you first purchase them. What’s the point of having a tracker that is not even operational.

I had a page come up when opening the app on my iPhone saying there were new terms that had to be agreed to in order to continue. I have checked the box and hit the accept button but all it does is refresh to the same page for me to do it again and not let me use the app. Awful!

Bought TrackR pixel 5 set. All came with critical low batteries. Twist to open battery is next to impossible. I had to pry open the plastic with knife. Not water poor build. One of the trackr died after contact with water.

I’ve spent the last half hour trying to set up password and register. Kept getting invalid PW. Waited for email. Put in the temporary PW. Registered again with new PW. STILL comes up as invalid PW. This was a gift so can’t even return it!! Don’t buy this!!!!!!!
Can’t even connect it

My dad gave me 2 of these a few days ago so I was like what the heck I’ll try it out. I followed the steps and I can’t even connect the device. I made an account and went to add a new device. I allowed everything it needed and when I push the clear button to connect it nothing happens. I’ve tried it every which way. Eventually I thought maybe the one I had was just bugging out so I opened the other one he gave me, and it wouldn’t connect to it either. Upon coming back to the App Store to leave a bad review I wasn’t surprised when I noticed others had left bad reviews themselves. It literally doesn’t even work. I wasn’t even looking to buy a product like this but now I’m gonna go buy a tile out of spite.

I got this as a gift recently because my kids know I lose everything all the time! I started reading the reviews while I was waiting for the app to download and there wasn’t anything written positive about this product and it’s app. It sounded horrific and it also sounded like it was going to screw up everything on my phone that had nothing to do with the tracker app. ...So the minute it finished downloading, I deleted it and threw the fobs in the trash! I don’t need any more problems then the ones I create- I want nothing to do with the incompetence of this company!!!!!!!

I don’t have any problems with my so far my family’s and friends are happy with it Like anything new you have to play with it to get used to it my mother in law have dementia she forgets where she put her keys this allows her to not forget where her Keyes are Thank you for creating this device I really appreciate it.

Do not buy this! Tracker is trash. Customer service is trash. Avoid the headache.

Just purchased the 5 pack Pixel TrackR and three of them already show low battery. When I went to order the free battery it didn’t let me saying no more than one. If I need three how can I get them. Now the app won’t let me remove the amount in the cart and closes the message. App needs updating and enclosed directions are to small to read. How do I get batteries??!!
