Notifications...

I think that Track R gives you to many notifications. I mean...it is a good app but, I have a dog so I put the Track R on my dog so if she ran and I couldn’t find her, so you may think that is a good idea it’s not because my dog gets super scared when it rings so I think that TrackR needs to fix it. What I am trying to say is that I wouldn’t buy this if you don’t like a lot of notifications or you want to use it for your dog.

Worse App Ever Released

Do you guys test anything? Free battery then try to order, it added 2 and won’t let me remove one and won’t let me order. Hit help and nothing happens.

Can’t even get started

I downloaded the app and added my username and password and it wanted to confirm my e-mail... this process does not appear to be happening... i cant log in at all and it is telling me that my username or password is invalid! Is this a bug in the app or is this product just junk? I tried this with 2 different e-mail accounts getting the same result with both of them! It does not appear that it recognizes my password i enter.

No good. Came with dead batteries. Really want me to buy a battery for $1.99 for shipping This is ridicules. Second hand things I think y’all are selling. Second thing I have problems with

TrackR terrible customer support

Jimmy Fuzzbuster

Regardless of the app ability to properly track your devices, the company has beyond terrible customer service. My wife bought 3 packs of 5 so 15 total and all but three had dead batteries when they arrived and the three that worked had severe low battery alerts. I emailed the company several times asking for working batteries and once got a response saying we got your email but our servers wiped all the content and the other 2 emails went unanswered. Good luck TrackR!

Poor battery life!!!

Todd_M3

I had a lot of hope for this Tile rip-off, but alas I have to call it for what it is. JUNK!! My battery life averaged 1.5 months. Replacing batteries in 12 of these things was getting pretty expensive. Although, they offer “free” battery placements, the app always “conveniently” failed to be able to communicate with the corporate office server. I’d either buy Tiles or wait for the Apple product supposedly in development. I really wanted this to work!

Worthless

oldandgray62

When it does find the item, the volume of the TrackerR is barely audible....if it is more than a foot away it is undetectable.....the app claims all the batteries are fine and I see no way to adjust the volume.....didn’t pay much for it...thank goodness....

Here’s the deal

iHateAds&Videos

From now on, for at least the next month, every time I get a random phone call from a sales robo caller, I’m leaving a bad review. I haven’t gotten robo calls in a long time, and I signed up for this BS this morning, and I’ve gotten 6 calls today - and it’s just afternoon. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They sell your number and you’re doomed.

Customer service is nonexistent

Was great the first few months. Now it’s a piece of garbage? The company also is a piece of garbage. no phone support, no tech-support, why is this app still here .....
