I bought a five-pack of these trackers and all five failed within a year. The app is horribly glitchy and gives all kinds of false alerts, or doesn’t find the trackers when they’re within feet of the phone. Conversely the app will tell me something that I left at a neighbor’s house three houses away is at my own house, which is also false. The app appears to fail to refresh frequently enough to find most items, even though it drains the phone battery quickly since the app is constantly running in the background. I am always getting low battery notices even when the battery is brand new, and now on the most current version the trackers won’t even function. I’ve contacted tracker twice in ten days and haven’t heard back from them. Waste of money and a false sense of security.

So the thing that baffles me the most is why it doesn’t support google home, I also hate how it says, “Use the Trackr tablet app” when theres not an app of that. I do not recommend this at all.

I put 3 on one set of keys but hv never gotten an alert when they’re lost ( yeah- my phone settings are correct)... Only alerts when keys are in my pocket.

I finally set 5 of these up. Had to buy new batteries for all but one. Once I did they worked for a while. But now I’m about 2 months in and they just won’t connect. The items say that the battery is full. But there is no connection. Maybe the devices drain the batteries super fast, since they always have to be on. I will try replacing the batteries in all and see if they come back to life. Also, the devices took an eternity to arrive after I ordered them.

This app is HORRIBLE. It has way too many false alerts and it’s impossible to silence them. The app will just randomly go off, making loud sounds that draw attention to you from a mile away. I tried turning the app to silent mode and disabling separation alerts in the app. No luck. I even put in Wi-Fi safe zones, but it still goes off in those areas!!! I put my phone on silent, disabled the app’s access to sound and turned off the volume. Still goes off randomly. I am a teacher and this app has gone off in class, disrupting students. It has gone off during important meetings and social situations. It may be the worst app on my phone. The only way to stop the app from falsely ringing is to get rid of it. I think that’s what I will do, and purchase Tile instead. I have never heard any complaints about their app and this false ringing seems to be a common problem with many TrackR devices. BEWARE! Stay away from this product unless they fix the app.

I reset my password three times and it still won’t log me in. Can’t even register my tile. I like Ekster wallet. I’m disappointed in the app. Ever heard of QA?

I had a TrackR Pixel that didn’t have the same reach as the other ones I purchased. I wrote an email to TrackR and they sent me a new one to replace it. No questions asked. All emails were answered clear and promptly. Thank you for the great customer service and for the trust. I really appreciate it!

My daughter got me a 3-pack for Christmas. #3 didn’t initialize. Went to Help—>Chat. After a while the system timed out, “Chat unavailable;” no guidance on why or when to try back. On Jan. 8 Tyler the crack customer service rep finally contacted me offering to help. I explained the situation. Seems the easy fix = apologize, send replacement. As of Jan. 12, NOTHING. Why’d he waste his time and mine? NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY or RESPECT. Tactr = amateurs with an app trying to be a professional company. Once they have your $$$ they’re done with you. STAY AWAY!

The worst device ever, I have wasted an entire afternoon trying to get this working. There is no help support or customer service.
