How bad can this be.... – TrackR - Lost Item Finder Review

Ordered from Morning Save , got it,download app and synced now the battery is dead need to order free battery - not free $ 1.99. While I wait for the battery it has fallen apart the front has come off cant get it back together, a small metal disc piece won’t stay in place and the plastic top won’t snap back together. Trying other ones (I purchased 6) Every one needs a battery........I could not be more frustrated or disappointed in a product with no “reachable” customer service?
