Better battery life and customer support elsewhere

Upon opening the brand new product and registering it through the app, two of the three batteries in the three pack were depleted. Only one of the three showed a full battery. I reached out to customer support for a solution, but I did not receive a response. I sent a follow up email after testing the “good” battery by sending a test chime. Unfortunately, after this single test, this battery showed critical low battery as well (it was a full battery before the test). Therefore, all three batteries were depleted upon purchase and opening. They advertise a free battery replacement program, but even this is flawed and unavailable. After reaching out to customer support via email, I did not receive a response until 11 days later. Customer support claimed to “have an error in their customer support system” that resulted in trouble communicating responses. In this email, they suggested to “ignore this message” if my issue has been resolved. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not aware of any batteries with spontaneous regeneration capabilities. Maybe that’s Elon Musk’s next big invention? They also added in this email to respond again if the issue is unresolved. However, when I emailed customer support again for the third time with the same issue and now completely dead batteries, customer support responded with complete and utter silence again. Like Kanye ignoring Kim, I was ghosted by TrackR. In conclusion, the customer support team earned 1 out of 5 stars. At best, they have an unreliable software system that causes all of their hard work in formulating responses to customer issues to be erased. At worse, they ignore your communications and/or pretend to reach out with no intention of following through with their defective product. The product itself earned 1 out of 5 stars because it becomes purposeless if the product can not hold a charge long enough to actually track any item it is attached to. Beware of purchase.

It never sent me a confirmation link to my email...and now has my rmail set as as steady registered I have the tracker gadget but it’s useless if this app won’t let me sign up...czz as n you try to resend me a email confirmation? I do t understand why it was never sent in the first place

i got this because i am always loosing my keys. i downloaded the app yesterday and i have already lost my keys and used this app to help find them. it’s very helpful, but it’s already telling me my battery on the device needs a new one.
Unreliable - don’t waste your money

I ordered 10 and many failed right away. App could not find them inches away, false alerts, then just no power. New batteries didn’t help. Over time, they ALL failed. What’s the point of a tracking device that doesn’t work?

I have my Tracker next to me, but on the App Map its sign was moving in different locations 2-3 miles away!!! How you can trust it??? It was waist of money to buy it!

Purchased six of them 2 years ago, never received a single notification (yes I checked my settings). I just received a notification today that my dog’s TrackR was at our old house that we moved out of last year. Nonsense- he’s here with me and his TrackR. Unreliable. These are going in the trash.
Doesn’t Work With IPhone 11 Pro Max

Worked fine with my iPhone 8plus but now that I upgraded my phone to the 11pro max it will not connect.
Send the freaking confirmation email at least!!!

I was searching for my keys and found this app. I downloaded it, and pressed keys. It kept leading me to my iPad and it was getting annoying.
