TrackR terrible customer support – TrackR - Lost Item Finder Review
Regardless of the app ability to properly track your devices, the company has beyond terrible customer service. My wife bought 3 packs of 5 so 15 total and all but three had dead batteries when they arrived and the three that worked had severe low battery alerts. I emailed the company several times asking for working batteries and once got a response saying we got your email but our servers wiped all the content and the other 2 emails went unanswered.
