This is a great system for total control. Works great wth Alexa.

I purchased this thermostat to use with the app because I travel 80% of the time for business. Well, as soon as I left town, this dumb thermostat stopped working so the app is completely useless! I have to be in front of the thermostat to troubleshoot in order to get the app to work again. This defeats the whole purpose and is completely unacceptable. Wish I could S-can the app and thermostat and get a Nest instead. Junk!

Does exactly what I need. Live in Wisconsin and deal with variety of temperatures.

App not responding

I give it no stars.

The app is not responding to mobile. I have to change the temperature manual on the thermostat. I have logged out and logged back in. Still nothing. I have also uninstalled the app and installed it again. Still no response.

Main reason for having is to be able to change remotely. No way to reconnect to Wi-Fi if disconnected except manually at unit

Replaced a 30 year old thermostat when I replaced my heater unit. So simple and easy to use. I can control heat and a/c from my phone, wherever I am.

Program it for your schedule. Change it when you want manually at the keypad on the wall, on your phone, or on your tablet. Check to see how things are running while you’re away. Love it!

Does the basics well. Main feature missing is ability to set a vacation schedule without having to re-program everything.

I’ve been using this app for about 4 years now. It would be helpful if it would show when the auxiliary heat was being used such as when the outside temps are too low for the heat pump.

App keeps going offline. Please fix.
