Crashes and doesn’t connect.

This app is crap. I spent $80 on the device to connect my thermostat to this app and it never works.

Easy to set up and control

Title says it all, very much enjoy having it, only thing I wish it had was inside humidity reading

This app doesn’t do what you think it does.

Since this controller was installed with my new Air Conditioner, I have been nothing but disappointed with it. You can’t actually connect to your thermostat with this app. This app connects to the Honeywell website. The Honeywell website that then connects back to your thermostat. (When it actually works.) If I could find a thermostat that worked with Siri, I’d have this thing removed tomorrow.

Honeywell dependability at one’s fingertips. I can now appreciate what it means to having a smart house. The only thing it cannot do is tell us when to reorder oil.

Very convenient! Control your house temperature from anywhere!! Sure it goes down once in a while but that helps let you know your internet is down! Super!??

I don't want a Nickmame

I’ve used this app for years and it has never let me down. It works perfectly.

Vacation Schedule is a Problem!

HelpSaveWolves

I love this app, and would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the vacation schedule can't be changed remotely, which is a real issue. Last week I was away from home, and discovered temps at home were about to drop into the single digits, but I found I was unable to increase the set vacation temp - luckily my pipes didn't freeze, but it could have been a serious issue. Now I know I can't use "vacation mode" when I'm on vacation if there's any potential for severe weather when I'm gone. Major Fail!
