New Thermostat

I purchased the system based on the company who installed my new ac/heating system recommendation and that I could monitor my system and make changes from other locations when I wasn’t there for several months. Thermostat worked well for a few months then got a notice it was off line. Contacted company and they advised that I lost my internet connection. Internet provider restablished internet. Company could not remotely restablish or reset connection to thermostat. Wondering now if I should of stayed with a standard thermostat that worked well for many years.

The system works well other than the occasional lack of access although there is nothing wrong with Wifi. This year is much better than last year. Maybe the bug was fixed. I would give it 5 star if the connection reliability holds up.

The thermostat works great most of the time. Every few months though it seems to have issues connecting with app. This is important since I can’t see so I use the app in conjunction with voiceover to control my thermostat. The only issue is that there are a couple querks with VO in the app. Its usable though

It’s okay. It works, it isn’t pretty. Has poor integration. But the app itself never fails to adjust the thermostat.

I have used this for years now. I like the technical support. When I had to update my service for wireless they resolved my problem in a matter of minutes. Very impressive. Great support!

having to click submit every time you want to set the temperature is cumbersome. the app should automatically accept your changes alter a few seconds. maybe a feature could be added to do this so as to maintain the existing interface for legacy users.

So easy to use and very convenient. I hardly ever touch the thermostats’ pannels because this app is really good. I’ve been using it for about 7 months now and have had no issues whatsoever!

This thermostat is the biggest piece of crap. It is constantly dropping the connection (nothing else in the house does), and then to reconnect, you have to take the unit apart, and then the app tells you the authentication failed so you have to delete the app, change your password and basically reinstall the entire system several times a day. I have an iPhone 10. Any other system would be better than this one.
