App name with “2.0” breaks iPhone auto-correct

Please change the app name to TC 2 or just Total Connect. If your phone has an app with “2.0” in the name it autocorrects “20” to “2.0”. The only fix is to delete the app and restart your phone. Thanks!
System is horribly iNon-intuitive

The system implementation is not intuitive to use at all. We will be dumping it as soon as we are able.
Terrible service

I have been on hold for 2.5 hours trying to figure out why a tech hasn’t showed up today. I’m trying to cancel my service due to terrible customer service which is a breach of contract. I scheduled this over a month ago and find out 20 mins before the end of the window of arrival that they were not coming. If customer service is this terrible, how can I depend on the monitoring service I pay for? Now im being harassed about canceling the piss poor service that I am currently receiving.
Requires improved end user support

Inconsistent connectivity to devices via scenes through the app. Individual switches etc work through the panel. No response or support updates.

The app malfunctions more than it works. When it does work, the features are shockingly minimal. There is not a single reason I shouldn’t be able to login from my own home. Notifications don’t work. Motion sensor days low battery even though it’s been replaced with 3 brand new batteries - all of which were tested prior to install.
Please rename your app

When you add a version number to your app it goes into autocorrect dictionary. Every time I type 20 it autocorrects to 2.0. I removed your app per an apple support thread and it went away.
Set and unset alarm

It’s takes a while for the alarm to set and unset from my phone. . It didn’t take that long with the other app.
